I view my camera as a tool to give me complete freedom to express myself. Behind the camera is where I feel safe to capture images the way I imagine them to be seen, through my vision and how I want to process them.
I tend to look for the understated, uninteresting, overlooked, and unimportant things to the average viewer.
I love to bring out the beauty of the shy, misunderstood, or left behind.
I grew up in Bristol, Bucks County, the suburbs of Philadelphia, and spent much of my time as a kid fishing in Cassalia Pond and biking with my brother Mark. I began taking photos at about 10 years old when Uncle Eugene gave me my first film camera.

I have participated in many local Camera Clubs: Cheltenham Camera Club, Churchville Photo Club, and Bristol Photographers Club along with various Photo Walking Clubs in the City of Philadelphia. "Fairmount Photo Club""Photography is Medicine" and "Cityscapes",   and Facebook groups: "Create 52 Photography Project" and Sharon Tenenbaum.
I'm having a great time visiting new places to photograph and meet new people.
